MongoDB Enterprise Operator does not support ppc64le at the moment.
For the community, I would suggest contributing to GitHub - docker-library/mongo: Docker Official Image packaging for MongoDB to add a new image
and for the Community operator, we will follow up with more ideas in this thread.

We are going to publish a few changes to our community operator that will allow us to build images for any targetted architecture, supported by MongoDB.
