Sorry to hear you are having problems. Can you help me with a bit more info:

  1. What is the chart ID you are trying to embed?
  2. How are you embedding - IFRAME or SDK?
  3. What authentication mode are you using?
  4. Are you doing anything “interesting”, e.g. programmatic filtering?
