MongoDB 8.0.34 is out and is ready for production deployment. This release contains only fixes since 8.0.33, and is a recommended upgrade for all 8.0 users.

- SERVER-98105 Pause drop pending ident reaper until backup cursor is closed
- WT-18353 Checkpoint panics when a file’s metadata predates the checkpoint_backup_info field
- SERVER-132946 Heap-use-after-free in $_internalApplyOplogUpdate stage when reading via getMore after aggregate Invocation is destroyed
- SERVER-134618 Fix serialization of constant values in $bucket stage
- SERVER-131412 improve Validation Expression
