Hello community, I’m having an issue trying to connect my application or Atlas to an external database in Windows as a MV in Paralles. I’m getting a TimeOut error (3000). I try the same connection in my mac, and works perfect and the same for a physical windows PC. So I supouse that is something is blocking the connection in Paralles. I try it with multiple network configs but nothing.
Do you guys have any idea of what is going wrong here?

Could you please provide more details regarding the “external database” you mentioned? As I understand I think that you’re encountering issues connecting to your MongoDB Atlas cloud cluster from an application running on Parallels. Let me know if I understood correctly.
Also, could you share which OS is running on your Parallels? Also, please provide more details about the application you’re attempting to connect to.
Can you share how you tried connecting to your MongoDB Atlas cluster? Did you use mongo shell, Compass, or any MongoDB driver for the connection?
May I ask from where you are getting this error message “TimeOut error (3000)”?
Have you whitelisted the IP address in your MongoDB Atlas - Network tab?
