Migrate a huge collection (1tb)

Hi everyone,
could you please tell me the best strategy for the following use case?

If I have to migrate a huge collection (1TB) is more efficent in terms of time, to create indexes: after or before the restore of the collection (if is better before i’ll use --noIndexRestore option) on the collecion i’ve 40 Indexes (the idea to have such quantity of indexes is not mine ).
