May I know if the following is correct

I did your steps but changed last line to C:\Users\Client Set.
This is what I got.

As Kanika mentioned, you should make sure your MongoDB executable file is in Path. His mongo bin path is C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\4.0\bin, do you know where your file is? Currently, I didn’t find any MongoDB executable in your Path. So try to find MongoDB bin folder and append the full path of it to environment variable as Kanika instructed.

There is no MongoDB path mentioned in your PATH variable. Download and install MongoDB here

If you have not installed, please install MongoDB and then set your path.
