I’m having major problems with the MongoDB site… I cannot login. Tried about 15 times… resetting my password. Even after “successfully” updating it… I still cannot login. In chapter 2, the program asks for me to login to an Atlas account. I can’t proceed because my login doesn’t work. I tried the support portal, but I have to have a successful login to use it! (and my login doesn’t work); Friday, I tried contacting the Chat support, but after about 30 minutes, the Chat support hadn’t worked out the issue (I think the chat administrator was chatting with 5-10 other people… because the chat responses were really slow…about five minutes between the time I would give an input, before I got a response). Now I’m stuck… don’t know how to proceed with Chapter 2 !
