Lab: Apply the Bucket Pattern - misleading problem statement

Why is this text included in the problem description if it does not inform the better solution?

This implementation is expected to fill out the database servers disk space in one month and there is no budget left for hardware improvements in the next 12 months.

One of the solutions could represent 20 element arrays, while the other clearly specifies 60 element arrays which is more granularity than the requirement.

Hey @Alan_Hamilton,

Welcome to the MongoDB Community Forums!

While making the problem statements in the labs, attempts have been made to keep them as real as possible. Hence for the statement you mentioned, the instructors wanted to let the learners know that there is no hardware improvement budget with the team and the only solution left for the development team is to make changes to their schema through bucket pattern.

The question is “Which of the above solutions provide a valid approach" and multiple solutions can be correct. The problem statement didn’t mean to confuse the learners.

Please feel free to reach out for anything else as well. I also know this has been a super late response and apologies for that. :slightly_smiling_face:
