Issue with npm install

I am using node version 16.13.1 on Windows 10 OS. When I try npm install, it initially creates node_modules folder, but after few seconds, it throws an error

After this message, even the node_modules folder disappears. So the following npm start command does’nt work.

Help in in resolving the issue.

Thanks in advance,

No yet @Ameer_Khan . I am expecting a reply from TAs. I will share if i find a solution. Please do the same.

Thanks,
Ram

@Ram_Krishna_Srinivas I have updated the dependencies and devDependencies in package.json
it is working for me. For example “nodemon”: “*”, put * in the place of the version

delete package-lock.json. Then run

npm install --legacy-peer-deps
