I’m not quite sure if this is a question or a problem, could you clarify this ?
In the context of that specific email address, it is used as the default email address in which should clean itself up (deleting this document) as part of the testing teardown stage.

I am also not clear about your questions but I guess you can get help from testUpsertDocument() method.
