Dear Support Team,
I appeared for the MongoDB Associate DBA exam on May 5, 2026. During the exam, my session was unexpectedly terminated without any valid reason or proper explanation being provided to me. I was not given any proof or clarification regarding the termination.
Since then, I have also been unable to log in to the ProctorU platform to check my exam status. I have tried multiple methods, including:

Logging in through the institution login option

Using the normal sign-in method

Accessing ProctorU directly from the MongoDB Learners Dashboard
However, none of these methods are working, and I am unable to access my account or view any information related to my exam.
I request you to please look into this issue urgently, clarify the reason for the exam termination, and help restore access to my ProctorU account so I can check the status of my exam.
