Is there a timeline for upgrading M0,M2,M5 to MongoDB 7.0?

Can you share any information about when you expect M0/M2/M5 shared clusters to be upgraded to MongoDB v7?

Similarly to another post regarding MongoDB version 6 on free/shared tier cluster, MongoDB doesn’t communicate any exact future timelines for version 7 for shared tier clusters as things are subject to change.

Hi Alex,

We typically make the newest version of MongoDB available in the shared tier within two quarters of the GA. However, this is just an estimate and is of course subject to change.
