I have just started working for a start up in the health care field this year: Xealth. We use MongoDB at work. Would be interested to hear about your project! I’ve been learning Hl7 2.x and FHIR and got to travel to Kansas City for the Cerner Conference this year… but I’m still looking to have more perspectives toward seeing the big picture in health care technology.
I’m Aaron from Seattle, Washington, USA. I started using MongoDB very slightly at work, but only got really invested in it when using it for an exploratory personal project. I want to aggregate information on upcoming theatrical performances in the Seattle area, and am particularly interested in the idea of progressively refining the way I model the domain as I encounter new sample data. This makes the flexible schema aspect of mongo very appealing.
