I have my github account verified with student-developer-pack but MongoDB said it cannot verify my student identity

Hello, Mongo DB,
I applied to github student pack and got approved. I could get offer from other apps, but not Mongo DB.
Mongo DB prompts: " Welcome and thanks for logging in. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify your status as a participant in the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Please visit the GitHub Student Pack home for additional information and to register."

I don’t know what happens. Our teacher required us to register before Sep, 25th to get the $200 free credits, since our class later will use MongoDB. But I cannot make it successful. I don’t know what happened. Please help!

Welcome to the forums and it’s great that you’re going to use MongoDB Atlas in your class!

We’ve seen this issue before when GitHub approved students as ‘Teacher’ instead of ‘Student’. MongoDB uses the information we receive from GitHub, it seems to be a problem with the GitHub data that we’re receiving in this case. You can see in your GitHub profile under billing, if you have the Student discount o the Teacher discount applied.
