We can see the architecture above, privatelink service and loadbanacer and vmss in the same region, but my database and endpoint service in separated region. In my understanding, the endpoint service should be with a loadbalancer behind, who can solve my doubts?

Hi Andrew, I create mongo database in region eastus2 and endpoint service in region centualus, I means they should be together in the same region, but now I’m a little confused how Atlas separate them in different regions.
