On https://jira.mongodb.org, when I login, then click “Create Ticket”, fill in the form and save, the JIRA server gives a 200 response but my ticket is not actually created.
Commenting on existing tickets is working fine. Please help.

Hi @Johnny_Shields,
Which Jira project(s) are you trying to create a new issue in? I see you have created some past issues in MONGOID, DOCS, SERVER, and RUBY.

Stennie
Yep, those ones and also DRIVERS. It doesn’t seem to work for any project.
Hi @Johnny_Shields,
The drivers project is for meta-issues like driver specs so I would not be surprised if access to create issues in this project is limited to the driver team.
Can you try creating an issue in one of the projects you’ve previously used (such as RUBY), instead? It would also be worth trying to clear cookies and log in again if that doesn’t work.
Note: It looks like you may have multiple accounts in Jira, but I’m assuming you’re trying with the same login linked to your forum account.
Regards,
Stennie
Hi, I’ve tried with two browsers and two accounts, including MONGOID which I could raise tickets for 1 week ago, so I’m thinking the issue is not on my side.
Added:
I finally figured out that I had to login to JIRA using the same credentials as for the MongoDB website. I successfully submitted my bug report.

I can’t figure out how to create an Issue, either here or in JIRA. I want to submit a bug report on the MongoDB Installer. Can someone please give me detailed instructions? The tools are too complicated for me to understand. In JIRA there is no button to create a new bug Issue. Help!
