I know what you are saying, but until yesterday the data download time on a new device was a few seconds, now it is 3 minutes, it is impossible, there is something wrong.

Unfortunately, I can’t help much there - the logs do indeed show that the device took 3 minutes to download the file, which is unexpected for an 8 mb file. Unfortunately, to diagnose this, you’ll need to open a support ticket as the support team will have visibility into the server logs and diagnostic information from your service.
