I have installed mongoDB community edition in ubuntu EC2 instance ,i have created a directory and gave permission to 777 ,I am trying to change the db path from mongod.config to this newly created directory its fails to start and return econnrefused 127.0.0.1:27017, also i have tried to change the bindip from default to 0.0.0.0 its returns the same error
