Cloud Manager vs Ops Manager vs Atlas

Would someone comment on the differences/sameness’s of these three (cloud mgr, ops mgr, atlas) products? Comments should include opinions, pricing, and best usage observations.

Ops Manager automate, monitor, and back up your MongoDB infrastructure.
