You don’t have to start anything.Atlas cluster is a cloud based

Just login into your Atlas account.You can see your cluster status
To connect from shell or Compass use your cluster connect string

May be your network/ISP not supporting SRV string
Try long form of string which you can get from your Atlas by choosing older shell version (3.4 i think)

I want to open the ATLAS in a tab of my browser, but in the part of the course 2 it does not give me the option to start the ATLAS
