When i try to connect to a cluster in robo 3T I get this error “DNSHostNotFound : Failed to look up service “”: This operation returned because the timeout period expired.” after clicking the “from SRV” button. couldn’t find anything about this.

You can get long form of connect string from your Atlas
Under connect to cluster select your mongo shell version 3.4 or earlier
You will see a big connect string without SRV
Something like below format
mongo "mongodb://…
