Hi @Harsha_Vardhan_10623,

It looks like you a network issue. Maybe you are behind a firewall or proxy/anti-virus is enabled.

Please check with your IT administrator if you are using your work machine and see if these security measures can be disabled.

Kindly get back if you still face the issue.

Muskan, Thanks much for your reply. Yeah I fixed this issue yesterday and yeah it’s my work laptop and because it was connected to the company VPN, I was having issues. I tested it out by getting off of VPN it worked and but am NOT going to use my Work Laptop for learning MongoDB courses.
