Best way to deliver\configure MongoDB in product setup

Hi,
I am new to NoSQl, planning to use MongoDB community edition for small data. Our product is exclusively for windows and delivers a bunch of REST services.
These services would use this DB. Want to know what is the best way to deliver and configure the DB.

should we include the install exe in setup?
can we create embedded db? how to know the DB url for service to use?
