As others have mentioned, you are using incorrect password.
The correct password is : m001-mongodb-basics
Please use this connection string for connecting to your sandbox cluster :
mongo "mongodb+srv://sandbox-zaite.mongodb.net/test" -u m001-student -p m001-mongodb-basics
