Atlas M20 cluster stuck at "configuring MongoDB" for 3+ hours

Hi everyone,

My M20 cluster on MongoDB Atlas has been stuck for over 3 hours with the following message:

“We are deploying your changes: 0 of 3 servers complete (current action: configuring MongoDB)”

None of the 3 nodes have progressed, and the system doesn’t allow me to pause, scale, or apply any other changes. It seems completely locked.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
Any advice on how to resolve or trigger a restart would be greatly appreciated.

Use the in-app help so contact MongoDB Support or create another cluster and see if that progresses.
