how can If my system is taking advantage the storage-memory-cpu profile of my current cluster (M30)?
which metrics can I look for and get into this type of conclusions? (e.g: System CPU, System memory)

Perhaps the How to Monitor MongoDB page may be a good place to start 
it contains some details in regards to specific Atlas metrics to monitor as well.
