App Service deployment "failed to handle webhook push event"

Hi,

We are currently experiencing issues with our app services not being able to be deployed via github.
The deployment always fails with status: Failed: failed to handle webhook push event.
With seems to indicate an error with the github app the app service is connected to.
Are there any known issues or has anyone else experienced this issue in the past and may be able to help?

There was an issue with our latest release that has since been resolved. This should be working again now, sorry for any inconvenience!
