Job Description

  • People manager role handling a team of Team Leads and/or IC’s as part of the HR Shared Services team in India
  • You will play a vital role in managing and expanding the MongoDB’s global HR shared services center team
  • Lead and manage a team of Team Leads, who in turn manage the individual contributors
  • Implementing new practices, programs and policies to meet organizational and strategic business/management needs
  • Handle escalations from process partners, HRs and provide mitigation and action plans
  • Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPIs & SLAs
  • Collaborate & work closely with stakeholders to set up and streamline existing HR processes
  • Own building and maintaining a Knowledge Base for Case Management - Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles 
  • Deliver high quality and consistent service delivery to all internal customers and stakeholders and follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Own the Colleague Development and Team Engagement action plans
  • Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems

Key Skills & Abilities

  • Experience for at least 10-12 years in HR Operations / Shared Services and managing a team (APAC/ India, EMEA, NAMER)
  • Has regional/global expertise in managing Shared Services for COE’s - Payroll, Benefits, Compliance etc
  • Expertise in the Shared Service operations that can be leveraged for critical transactions/processes
  • Excellent people management skills in terms of driving performance and motivating employees
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the global stakeholders as a part of ongoing operations, transitions or key projects
  • Expertise in designing processes, building teams and executing strategy
  • Open to work in a 24X7 role
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and transitioning Shared Services processes, organization design and maintaining/developing SLA’s
  • Should be well versed with ticketing tools and integrating with various systems and processes to build a robust Shared Services model. Prior knowledge of SAP Success Factors and Zendesk would be an add on
  • Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail
