This role can be based out of Dublin or Stockholm office for our Hybrid working model. 

The Opportunity

At MongoDB the Growth team is an org of technical & consultative reps focused on growing revenue spend and product adoption with our existing customers. This role is focused on champion-building, positioning professional services, hunting new applications, and upselling Atlas.

Day to Day

  • You will be responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of MongoDB’s existing customers through relationship building and data driven approaches
  • Drive product adoption, upsells / cross sells and renewals by cultivating strategic relationships with executives and multi-level champions, aligning to their key initiatives and long term goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Product, and the internal sales ecosystem to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on ARR and product adoption
  • Accurately forecast your expected revenue and product adoption achievement

What you bring to the table

  • 1+ years of quota carrying sales or account management experience within a tech company
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A self starter with a Growth mindset
  • Customer minded and passionate about building long term customer relationships
  • Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud or open source technology is a plus
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) a plus
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
