Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations to manage our recruitment ecosystem and how it impacts our end users (recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams).  This role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs and introduce creative solutions, enhancements, and/or new systems roll outs by collecting requirements and partnering with HRIS on next steps.   This role will report to the Director of Recruiting Operations. 

As the Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations (Systems and Process Project), you will eliminate manual obstacles by thoroughly documenting and reviewing the end to end process, while at the same time managing multiple projects that will support our company’s growth. 

This role can be based out of New York City, Austin, or remotely in the US.

Role Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from the business units and regional recruiting teams
  • Design talent acquisition policies and processes that encourage best practice behavior as well as compliance with local law
  • Collaborate with HRIS and HR centres of excellence to fully understand and develop the end to end recruitment process while eliminating manual obstacles 
  • Communicate and execute process changes to a large dispersed international workforce
  • Stay up to date with recruitment best practices, understanding developments in recruitment technology, and apply that knowledge to continually iterate processes for operational efficiency.


  • Minimum 5 years project experience in Recruiting; domain expertise in recruiting process improvement- Experience working with an ATS and HRIS; preferably Greenhouse and Successfactors
  • Project and program management experience on an international scale is preferred
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate around ambiguities autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey project strategies, roadmaps, priorities, goals, and tradeoffs through compelling visuals and presentations
