Campus Recruiting Coordinator

MongoDB is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our Campus Recruiting team! This person will be tasked with a heavy load of interview scheduling, but will also be given the opportunity to work on other projects as needed with our Campus Recruiters. This opportunity will expose you to the fast paced world of Campus Recruiting.


  • Work closely with our Campus Recruiters to schedule a high volume of phone and in-person interviews for our Intern and New Grad candidates
  • Work closely with Engineering interviewers to ensure a positive candidate experience during interview “Super Days”
  • Manage logistics and shipping of swag and other MongoDB collateral to all on-campus events
  • Assist Campus Recruiters as needed with planning on-campus events
  • Manage and update job postings on college career sites
  • Own candidate experience; ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
  • Collect feedback from interviewers
  • Arrange travel for out of town candidates
  • Assist the team with other projects on an ad-hoc basis


  • You have endless amounts of energy and are very detail-oriented
  • You have strong organization skills
  • You adapt quickly to changing priorities and are very resourceful
  • You have outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • You take initiative and demonstrate good judgement when making decisions and solving problems
  • You have had experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring/calendar management
  • You have a sense of urgency (and a sense of humor!)
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google documents is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
