Do I need to print a ticket to be admitted to the event?
No, you do not need to print your order confirmation and no physical ticket is required for admittance. You are registered for the event and are required to pick up your name badge on the morning of the event for admittance, please have your ID on your person to pick up your namebadge.
I can’t make the event. Can I get a refund/can someone else go in my place?
You have the option of either a refund or transferring your ticket up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Please email email@example.com for further assistance.
Will slides be posted?
Yes, slides and video (if applicable) will be made available after the conference at 10gen.com/presentations. Once posted, we will email all conference attendees to notify them that the materials are available.
Do I need to sign up for a particular talk or track?
No, attendees can move freely between sessions. Our conferences are usually fully subscribed, so there may be some sessions that are crowded.
Do you have any special discounts for non-profits, educators, government employees, students etc.?
We do offer a student rate for all of our events. We can also offer discounts for volunteers, non-profits, and educators on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.
