Pre-Sales Engineering: Pre-Sales Engineers are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB. We are made up of seasoned software architects, entrepreneurs and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment and operations.

Marketing: The MongoDB marketing team deploys a wide array of powerful marketing tools to generate awareness and trial of our products and services. The group designs, deploys and tracks sophisticated email campaigns and content marketing programs; engages with analysts, social media and professional media; and produces both intimate and large-scale events around the globe. In addition, we work closely with the engineering and sales teams to craft our overall product-market and go to market strategies.
